Samantha Claire is a native Angeleno who has been immersed in the arts since she was just six years old when she first began performing on stage. Samantha is a graduate of the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts (LACHSA), where she majored in Theatre and Musical Theatre. Apart from her lengthy on-stage resume, Samantha has also spent over a decade working in the voice over industry.

 

For writing, Samantha earned her BA in English (with a special focus on Renaissance Literature) from UCLA, where she graduated Cum Laude. She has since written some children’s books for the Children’s Technology Review award-winning ABCMouse.com Early Learning Academy and has also voice directed several of the books, games, and animations for the website’s first and second-grade content. She also has a copyediting certification from UC Berkeley. Most recently, her short story "Like Lemon Drops" was published in the 2020 Los Angeles NaNo Anthology series Songs in the Key of Sunset.

 

Samantha has a home recording setup and offers private lessons for young actors interested in honing their voice over skills, as she continues to work as an actor and writer.
